Pulo is a curated website directory. We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you submit a website, we store the information you provide in the submission form: the website URL, name, description, your name, and your email address. We use your email to follow up on your submission and, if you opt in, to send occasional Pulo updates.

We use Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use Pulo - pages viewed, time on site, and general traffic patterns. This data is anonymised and aggregated; we do not use it to identify you personally. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to collect this information.

Analytics

Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to servers outside your country. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it

Submission data is used to review and potentially publish entries to the directory. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Marketing emails

If you tick the optional marketing checkbox on the submission form, we may send you infrequent emails about Pulo - new features, editorial picks, and similar updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us. Opting in is never required to submit a website.
